About

Hello. I'm Cheri Tricia, a poetess, writer, and certified health and wellness coach. Here, I share poetry that explores themes of healing, resilience, self-love, and the beauty of nature. Each poem is crafted to uplift, inspire, and spark reflection, capturing moments of growth, love, and inner strength within us all. My weekly blog posts continue this same spirit, offering more words of encouragement, introspection, and support along your journey.

The shell with a pearl in the Graced in Pink™ logo symbolizes the essence of my poetry. A delicate yet strong pearl represents resilience and the beauty that emerges from life's challenges. Like a pearl, my poetry reflects the strength within each of us, formed layer by layer through experience. The shell offers protection, embodying themes of self-discovery and healing, while the pearl signifies the wisdom, love, and growth that come from embracing vulnerability and resilience. This logo captures my work's delicate yet powerful spirit and intention to inspire readers to find beauty in their stories.

The Essence and Beginning of Graced in Pink™

Graced in Pink™ is my way of intentionally infusing a cherished hue into my life as a symbol of healing, resilience, and love. This pink is my link to family members who are no longer here. It reminds me of my commitment to carry on their legacy by breaking generational curses and promoting healing within. When self-doubt, painful memories, or fear creep in, I find grounding in this color that helped me reconnect with joy, forgiveness, and self-love during some of my darkest days. Through reflection, connection, and growth, pink became a constant that reminded me I have a purpose and that I'm creating a life that reflects that purpose every day I show up for myself. No matter where we come from or what we've endured, we can transform our pain into something meaningful, nurturing new thoughts and habits that lead us toward our desired lives.

Your Pink

Your "Pink" doesn't have to be pink—it could be daisy yellow, bold black, ribbit green, electric blue, or blushing bisque. It might be classic cars, fishing trips, favorite fragrances, puzzles, wildflowers, teatime vibes, knitting, scrapbook memories, gaming adventures, a treasured quote, or beloved movie characters.
It's anything that brings a smile, sparks inner joy, and fills you with comfort, safety, and peace.
Start small and weave these colors, thoughts, favorite things, places, or feelings into your daily life as little reminders of what keeps you grounded and happy.

Sending pink thoughts and love your way,

Cheri Tricia
